TalismanOnline: How do I make my character/mount/weapon glow?

This was one of my main questions when I started the game! Cause when you pick the character you want to be they look all badass and whatnot but then you get in game and you're basically wearing nothing... and your like WTF!...
I always saw those Wizard/Fairy/Monk/Assassin/Tamer pratictioners running around green scarp and sky village with their armor all glowing and their cool mounts that they ride around on and I wanted to know how I could get those.

When you start the game or get any type of mount/armor/talisman in the beginning its not going to look all neat. You need to combine them with small/medium/large emeralds (for weapon talismans and mounts) and small/medium/large  rubies (for defense gear) to get them to a plus rank since they always start off at 0. (unless you get it from another player already at a plus rank.)

 

By combining, which can be done at any Blacksmith NPC, it can increase the move speed of a mount, increase strength/physical defense, FireWaterPoisonLightningBuddha defense, damage absorb ETC ETC... of your defense gear, and it can enhance the appearance of your item. Also all equipments of +7 or above will have an additional attribute like raising HP/Mana limit or improving C.Strike rate. For mounts, defense gear, and weapon talismans they can go as high as +10 and once its at +4 thats when you start seeing its appearance change, and then again at +7 and +10. 
NOTE: WHEN YOU COMBINE, IT WILL NOT ALWAYS BE SUCCESSFUL. COMBINING WILL FAIL SOMETIMES. AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR EMERALD/RUBY YOU USED AND YOUR MONEY. SO YOU WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER IF YOU'RE WANTING TO STILL COMBINE ONCE MORE. ALSO FORTUNE ITEMS CAN INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF COMBINING. ALL TALISMAN AND DEFENSE GEAR CAN BE COMBINED TO +1 WITHOUT ANY FAILURE AND MONEY. FROM  +2 TO +10, THE SUCCESS RATE WILL REDUCE GRADUALLY.

Now getting a mount (you can look at the mounts here http://www.talismanonline.com/petMount2.aspx also shows the plus rank) isn't completely as hard as you think it is. There is a quest where you get the tiger mount and that's via the scroll quests from NPC Immortal Lee. There's also many players always selling or trading mounts for gold, or if you absolutely want one you can purchase tpoints from the website and buy one from in game shop.. 
Like i did lol Honestly though, you just need to hustle in the game for a mount. x]

Same goes with pets (http://www.talismanonline.com/petMount1.aspx) They're are 2 quests when your first starting off that you'll get to do by lvl 10 above that will give you a panda pet and another that'll give you a Little wild mule pet. Or you can get pets from buying trading with other players or going to the in game shop.
